Sunday, January 8th
Good evening, it's a week into the New Year and I hope 2012 is going great. I have a big goal for this year, down 100 pounds. I will share my progress. Please share your goals if you don't mind.

My goals are to be able to run 2 miles by my daughter's second birthday in June, write a minimum of 1 post a week for my blog, and take a class at a yoga studio at least once a month.
