I walked my mile today, 10 laps in about 25 minutes. I even jogged a little. I am so proud of me. Not only because I walked/jogged the mile but because I did it 2 days in a row. I am on my way to making walking my habit again. I feel better. I am working on drinking my water and losing weigh...I know my style will improve, we all know that it is more clothing choices the smaller you are. I want to drop the pounds not only for fashion but also for my health.
Exercise: in addition to walking, I want to try the P90x. I think I can do it but we will see. I will definitely be reporting on my progress.
